The Times They Are a-Changin'
(Bob
Dylan January 13, 1964)
Well, things can happen very
quickly around here, but this one is kind of sad. As most of you
know I have a "regular" job, besides this side gig of mine, and my
regular job just got a lot busier. While it's good news for
me, it's not so good for some of you, as I'm not going to be able to
make as many parts as I used to. What this means exactly is that
I'll only be able to take a certain amount of orders per month.
To make this easier to to
figure out, I will also make an web banner that I will put up under
the main page logo at the top when I have all my orders in for the
month:

When you see this banner,
that means you can still ask about parts that I may have in stock,
but anything custom can not be done until the next month begins.
Also,
In the coming days,
I'm going to be removing parts and services from the website that I
will no longer be providing. I will also label other parts that I
do have in stock with the logo:

This logo means when these
parts are sold out, there will be no more available. This will also
include parts that I have in the "rough" stage that are not finished
yet, but will be, if ordered.
A note about payments.
If you're in the USA,
I will ask that you send a Postal Money order from now
on, as PayPal has gotten out of hand with their costs. It's just not
worth it any longer to deal with them as much as I had been. If
you're out of the USA, then Paypal will be fine as I do not have an
alternative.
Unfortunately the economy is
wreaking havoc on many of us, and changes must happen. Who knows,
maybe things will slow down again, and I then can help more of you
out once again, but at this point, I have just way too many parts on
the website to make it work out for everyone, and I need to "clean
house" so to speak.
Thanks for taking the time
to read this and remembering that I'm not a store. I'm just someone
who likes to help keep these guitars in working condition!

In a rush to get your parts or wondering how long it
will take to make them?

Sorry, my website is not phone
friendly ;o)
When ordering, all I ask is that you just be
patient, and if you're in a super rush, it's not going to happen so let's
get that out of the way right now.
Now keeping this as tactful as possible,

As always, when you inquire
about having parts made, I will give you an estimate of the time it will
take and that is what it is.
If you offer me more money to
get it done quicker, you're wasting your time as it's only fair that I
do first come, first serve.
If you do not like the estimated
time and you'd rather give me a bunch of crap about it, I just won't do
the project for you at all.
Rush, is NOT in my vocabulary
anymore as it's no way to go through life and I'm tired of getting flak
for it.
If you've already read the "A
Few Words:" page on my site, there should be no problem understanding
this.
Thanks :o)

Please feel free to browse the links to the left as they're filled with pages of
different parts that I manufacture for many different types of guitars.
Whether you need those rare and hard to find parts for that Charvel Model
6, Jackson Rhoads,
or
you're just looking for a replacement truss rod cover for your Ibanez, Carvin, or Peavey,
I'll be happy to help.
That's what I'm here for!

Very Important Note**
If you're sending parts
to me to copy, modify, or use in some way, you can NOT send
rigid parts in an envelope meant for a letter. The Post Office
sorting machines will rip them open and lose or break your
parts. If you're shipping an item to me, please pack it well,
especially pickup rings that are fragile!!!
Ordering
Ordering with me is easy!
Please contact me with your inquiry,
order, address, and zip code and I'll gladly provide you with an exact shipping amount
and payment information in a reply email to you.
The reason I do not provide "across the board" shipping amounts is because I charge actual shipping plus a dollar or 2 to cover expenses.
No "gouging" here! ;')
I don't offer website shopping
because while I do carry many items in stock, not everything is available all
the time so the last thing I would want, was for you to order something and then
have you expecting to receive it the next day when it's not in stock.
Thanks for understanding! |

Shipping
Domestic
A note about payments.
If you're in the USA,
I will ask that you send a US Postal Money order from
the Post Office from now
on, as PayPal has gotten out of hand with their costs. It's just not
worth it any longer to deal with them as much as I had been.
I use the
US Postal Service which has
served me very well. For smaller items, I can save you money as they can mostly
be shipped first class. I will ship items any way you'd like whether it's Parcel
post to save money, Priority to get you your parts, the quickest way possible
and you can even add
Delivery
Confirmation so you can be sure to get your package. I
can not be responsible for lost mail so please ask for other options.
International
Orders
I use the
US Postal Service which has
served me very well. For smaller items, I can save you money as they can mostly
be shipped First Clas International Airmail. I will ship items any way you'd like
via US Postal Service, but please
keep in mind, I
can not be responsible for lost mail. Express Tracking is the way to go for
assurance of your parts arriving. It's expensive, (about $30) but you'll know
you'll get your parts.
NOTE: Italy must purchase tracking via Express
Mail International (about $30) as there have been quite a few issues
with their postal system.
Please keep in mind I will not be responsible for
lost mail so please make sure you give me the correct address when
inquiring. This is your responsibility. |
Payments
I now only
accept Paypal only if you have a
Confirmed
address with them, otherwise you can send a Postal
Money Order, or
Cashiers check. No personal or business checks or
wired funds accepted.
Paypal Info
The Shipping address MUST match the Paypal account
address.
After you've emailed me your parts request, Paypal
payments can be made by logging into your account and going to the "Send
Payment" tab and then filling in the required info.
If you'd like it to be even easier because you're
unfamiliar how to make a payment, just let me know your email address you
use with Paypal and the method of shipping I gave you a choice of, and I can
send a Paypal invoice right to you through Paypal. |
